Embattled Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan completes the first year of his second tenure on November 7 but the Adarsh Cooperative Housing Society scandal makes it uncertain whether he’ll make that anniversary. Ashokrao (he recently changed to this name) isn’t just banking on party president Sonia Gandhi and general secretary Rahul Gandhi to keep him in power.
