Congress leaders are miffed that their President Rahul Gandhi, who has been invited for the Republic Day parade, has been offered a seat in the fourth row. A senior Congress leader, however, maintained that Rahul Gandhi would attend the function despite the seating arrangement. What has left the leaders irked is the fact that the party president is traditionally seated in the front row, and that included former president Sonia Gandhi.
