Lalu to take on Mamata

Former railway minister Lalu Prasad is not happy at the way his successor, Mamata Banerjee, brought out a “white paper” to quash Prasad’s claims of effecting a turnaround in the Railways. Prasad is not sitting quiet and has planned his revenge. He has announced that in the West Bengal Asembly elections in 2011, he will field candidates to defeat Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress. Earlier, Prasad had an alliance with CPI(M) and his party even had an MLA elected from Kolkata.
