Apropos Shubhashis Gangopadhyay’s article “The real meaning of inclusion” (April 28), the author makes a valid point. The idea of inclusion should be similar to a race in which everyone can take part. However, that does not mean that everyone should get a medal. Similarly, financial inclusion should mean equal opportunities for everyone to work and earn. But it does not imply that everyone should "possess" certain financial assets.
