It is time to have a serious debate on the issue of black money and corruption inside and outside Parliament. Simultaneous attempts must be made at the local level to expose officials who demand bribes. Union Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma has stated that the current laws are enough to deal with corruption. Though this is true, it is important to now implement and act on these laws. Until this is done, the chaotic state the country finds itself in will continue.
