Apropos the report "Budget airports may transport you to an era long lost" (August 13), we cannot compare the conditions of airports in India with that of the US since the most important difference between the two is the volume of passengers we handle in our country. While creating "no-frills" airports we will compromise on security and be vulnerable to terrorist threats. A lot of innocent lives will be at stake.
