Letters: Identify security flaws

The manner in which militants have been able to cock a snook at Indian security forces and strike at will is worrisome. The latest incident, in which militants stormed a multi-storeyed government building in Pampore near the Indian Army base, once again exposes the chinks in our security armour.

The spate of terror attacks coming on the heels of the "surgical strikes" by India in retaliation of the Uri terror attack has only heightened tensions between the two nuclear-armed neighbours. India should take immediate steps to identify security flaws to ensure the safety of the country is not compromised any more.
