This refers to A K Bhattacharya’s column that dealt with the importance of a Secretary, Pulak Chatterjee, in a key position in the PMO (“Making a difference in PMO,” October 5). I hope this article is the first in the series of articles that the author may choose to write on this interesting subject. In that case, I would suggest he writes about the other important ministry, namely Finance, and the key Secretary there — Omita Paul.
