The article “Jet Lite vs Jet Airways Konnect” (November 29) was not only poorly structured but also lacked sensible analysis of why the Jet management should choose one over the other. Factors like crew uniform and logo are not the only criteria to kill a brand. Moreover, while buying tickets (online or offline), one doesn’t look at similarities in crew uniforms.
Further, it’s not only Toyota that has its range of luxury cars under a different brand name, it is also true of GM or Ford, although their luxury brands such as Cadillac, Buick, Lincoln and so on were acquired long ago.
