The megalomania of the Uttar Pradesh chief minister has become unbearable for the common man who is paying for her misadventures in a big way. And to think that, at one point, there was a possibility that Ms Mayawati would be a contender for the country’s prime ministership. Worse, she is supposed to be the leader of the downtrodden.
