Apropos your editorial "Appointing regulators" (May 27), the regulators are required to handle onerous responsibilities in a fair and impartial manner. Why not think beyond retired bureaucrats to fill those positions? Is it difficult to find suitable people of eminence with impeccable record of integrity and expertise?
