This refers to the report "Aamir's PK creates history; crosses Rs 300-crore mark" (January 5). Aamir Khan's PK has finally touched this magical number; but, on the other hand, allegations about and controversies around the movie have been rising constantly. A section of society has been talking about the negativity of the movie - though there are a lot of positives in it as well. PK has depicted the ground realities on how religion in the country is becoming more of a business for some money-minded people, and the movie's worldwide gross collection implies a positive public reception to this idea.
