Fighting with terrorism is the biggest challenge for any government. Terrorist attacks cannot be eliminated completely, but can be controlled with strict vigil, laws and speedy punishment to the guilty. Unfortunately, in our country we seldom adhere to these measures. After every incident, our prime minister and home minister vow to punish the guilty. But we all know that there are many terrorists in Indian jails who are yet to be punished and are enjoying the security and protection that the aam aadmi in India is deprived of.
