Letters: Talking TUB

Apropos “Of Alpha pups and Assmosis” by Shyamal Majumdar (The Human Factor, August 5), jargon is as old as language and a lot of it is found in epics and religious texts where you can have your own interpretations to suit time and need. To talk like a pundit and mean nothing is easy. Given above is a chart that will make your speech/presentations sound AAA+!

All you have to do is to choose a three-digit number, say 523, and you get Optimum Reciprocal Flexibility. No one will ask you what it really means because today the greatest fear is showing that you don’t know what the other person is talking about. You can increase the jargon by converting the nouns in column C into adjectives and vice versa with columns A and B — the possibilities are immense! You are well on your way to TUB — Total Unfiltered B******t.
