Why should there be any scepticism (‘Two much’, October 15) about Reliance Communication's ability to service both CDMA and GSM mobile networks together? The world over, companies produce different and competing products and at different price points. The way to ensure the best wins is to have different heads of each business with different boards.
Why has no one asked how Bharti or Vodafone will offer 2G and 3G services together, or how Tata will sell Jaguars and Indicas together, the list goes on.
