When RJD chief Lalu Prasad was away to campaign in Jharkhand’s assembly election, his deputy and former Rural Development Minister Raghuvansh Prasad Singh had a nice time.
He participated in all the discussions in the Lok Sabha on behalf of the party and admitted, “I never got such an opportunity to speak in the House before.” Many UPA ministers are fond of Singh and were seen noting down his suggestions.
