Missing links

The Congress party may boast of ushering in India's information technology revolution but it doesn't take the power of the web seriously. Unless there is some unexplained political reason for the absence on the party's official website of at least four states from the list of states in which the party has either a chief minister or is a major coalition partner. The missing states are: Kerala, Jammu and Kashmir, Meghalaya and West Bengal.
