After Narendra Modi's address to Kolkata's business community, city industrialists lined up to shower lavish praise on the Gujarat chief minister. Amritanshu Khaitan was among them, but as executive director of Eveready, he had his share of concerns, too. Addressing journalists at the launch of the company's range of rechargeable fans and lamps a day after Modi's speech, he pointed out that the products would hardly have a market in Gujarat. "Mr Modi said there is hardly any power cut in his state. Certainly, Gujarat is not going to be a good market for us," he said.
