Multi-tasking mystery

How does Arun Jaitley manage to handle three key ministries - finance, defence and corporate affairs? The question is being asked not just within the country. US Secretary of State John Kerry asked Jaitley the same question when he called on him during his recent India visit. Kerry observed that he was meeting for the first time a minister handling two heavy portfolios of finance and defence. Officials present at the meeting said they, too, were keen to know the secret of Jaitley's multi-tasking skills but the finance minister's only answer was a smile.
