At a time when there’s so much emphasis on transparency, BJP MP Ananth Kumar has sent out a mail to his potential voters listing his achievements. This includes a web-link to all his interventions in Parliament, especially those concerning Bangalore; another link gives you the list of projects he has spent his MPLADS fund on; other achievements include the highways built in the state when he was urban development minister in the NDA government, the approval given for the Bangalore metro project, even the MoU he signed for the new airport for Bangalore — the last one may not go down too well with the city’s citizenry, which has to spend more money, and time, reaching the new airport.
