Business Standard New Delhi
Minister of State for Road Transport, Highways and Shipping Krishan Pal Gurjar has been lodged in a government guest house for over four months now owing to the unavailability of official bungalows. He lives there with his bodyguards and other household staff but frequently entertains relatives and sundry well-wishers from his home state, who often choose to stay over with all expenses paid for. The guest house, however, belongs to the Indian Ports Association, which has been footing the entire bill for Gurjar's stay without any reimbursement. So much for achhe din.
