Oceanic acronym

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's penchant for coining acronyms and phrases to convey a catchy spin to esoteric as well as commonplace ideas is well known. On Sunday, the prime minister spoke at the International Fleet Review in Visakhapatnam. He announced that India would host the first-ever Global Maritime Summit in April. He said India's approach was evident in its vision of SAGAR, or Ocean, which stands for "Security And Growth for All in the Region".
