On notice

It is now established that there has been a noticeable drop in out-of-turn reservations for train bookings under the MPs' quota ever since Prime Minister Narendra Modi took charge and instructed ministers not to grant favours. But just in case people don't get the message, Union Chemicals and Fertilisers Minister Ananth Kumar has put up an unequivocal notice in Hindi outside his Shastri Bhawan office asking people not to come with requests for railway ticket confirmations.
