As Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao is going to Islamabad for a crucial meeting with her Pakistani counterpart, the government is making special arrangements for her. Probably for the first time, Nirupama Rao will use a special aircraft of the Indian Air Force rather than taking the regular commercial flights. Government sources claimed that the special flight was provided as Rao didn’t need to waste time waiting for a regular flight. The special flight will also allow Rao to take some journalists and more officials along with her.
