Out of memory

The Congress party held a press conference on Sunday to introduce its high-profile candidate, Unique Identification Authority of India Chairman Nandan Nilekani. He had joined the party as a primary member with the membership number 121781. But the man who claims to be responsible for issuing Aadhaar numbers to 600 million people in the country struggled to remember his membership number at the press conference and had to turn to party members for help.
