Releasing his book, Jinnah — India, Partition, Independence, in a small gathering at the House of Commons in London, Jaswant Singh, former BJP member and minister in the previous NDA government, said that the immense success of his latest book could have been measured on two counts.
One, in less than three months of its release in India, the book has gone into its 24th reprint. The more obvious sign of its success, however, is the fact that spurious copies of the book were available in Mumbai and Karachi within 10 days of its official release.
