Business Standard New Delhi
Madhya Pradesh Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan sent for a chartered plane to ferry his entire Cabinet to New Delhi so that he and his team could attend Narendra Modi's oath-taking ceremony. Two ministers went missing for interesting reasons. One preferred to travel by train to avoid being associated with Chouhan since he once held the chief minister's post. The other had a circumstantial problem; his birthday coincided with the oath-taking ceremony. He could have joined the gala function in Delhi but he is learnt to have spent a fair amount on a party at home.
