Publicity-shy

Traders and businessmen who are supporters of the BJP in Chhattisgarh are baffled by the manner in which the state government is behaving. It has launched a massive campaign to collect taxes and take stringent action against tax evaders. The traders claim they have no problem with this; what upsets them, however, is that officials are briefing the media and releasing the names of persons against whom the action is being taken.
