Not only does the rain not spoil the parade in this case, it even improves it. According to Sir John Hegarty, chairman & worldwide creative director of ad firm Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH), the firm’s London office is its most creative, and this is almost entirely due to the city’s depressing weather.
According to Sir John, in order to get over the gloomy weather, the ad guys regularly churn out really creative stuff to keep themselves cheery. So that’s another reason to move to London. And the global warming may also improve the weather a wee bit.
