The venue has to be predictable when you are having lunch with Sanjiv Puri in the national capital — it’s Prive, the private membership club on the 28th floor of ITC Maurya. Since he’s always on the wing, ITC’s chief executive officer (CEO), who took charge just three months ago, doesn’t have the time to follow the standard “Lunch with BS” format of choosing a restaurant for us to host him.
