Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL), which runs the Delhi airport, claims to have put up a sufficient amount of signage to guide people to the airport. But R N Pandey, additional director general in the tourism ministry, thinks otherwise. In a speech at an event organised by DIAL at its headquarters in Terminal 3, he said “I wasted so much time and energy locating DIAL’s office because of the absence of proper signage. Had there been proper signs on the way, it could have saved a lot of the government of India’s petrol.”
