Annual general meetings (AGMs) of large companies invariably get their share of quirky questions and complaints and the Tata Motors' 69th AGM was no exception. During the proceedings, one shareholder got up to complain to chairman Cyrus Mistry that Chief Financial Officer C Ramakrishnan does not have time to meet him because he (Ramakrishnan) "is always seen smoking". When Mistry checked with the blushing CFO if this was true, Ramakrishnan shook his head vigorously in disagreement, drawing laughter from everyone.
