SMS the FM

If you can’t get through to Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee, there’s hope — you can send him an SMS. Till recently, Mukherjee didn’t know how to use SMS but now, thanks to his grandson, he has mastered the job. Mastered in the sense he can read an SMS, sending one will still take some more tutoring.
