Soft power?

Many in the Congress are unhappy with the way Prime Minister Manmohan Singh conducted the press conference with TV channel editors. This group feels the PM should have been very aggressive and come down heavily on the Opposition. But the top leadership of the party didn’t find any problem and pointed out that the PM by nature is very humble and non-aggressive. “How can you change the basic nature of a person?” argued Janardan Dwivedi, chief party spokesperson, “he has been a soft-natured person throughout his life; suddenly how can he change himself at a press conference?”
