Following recent Supreme Court orders, women employees being dropped home late at night require to be accompanied by a guard or a male colleague. But what about women who finish work earlier? A multinational public relations firm in Gurgaon has decided to take no chances. It has distributed cans of pepper spray to all its women employees and advised them to keep them clipped to their handbags at all times.
