The foundation day ceremony of Indian Council of Agriculture Research is usually an occasion for the media to meet agriculture scientists and talk about their work. But this year, in keeping with this regime's policy, no invitation was sent to media houses except the Press Trust of India, Doordarshan, All India Radio and the Press Information Bureau.
