As the Bharatiya Janata Party prepares to hold the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi in the open forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan, a dust-storm predicted by the India Meteorological Department in Delhi on the evening of May 26 may play spoilsport. As a senior official quipped, after the "Modi Tsunami", which swept the polls a few days ago, it could be the turn of a "Modi storm" to herald the advent of Narendra Modi as India's 15th prime minister.
