At the inauguration of the country's first-ever Electric Vehicle Expo in New Delhi last week, organisers fell back on the time-tested Indian concept of jugaad to get around a shortage of flower bouquets to welcome the dignitaries.
After presenting Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, who inaugurated the event, and some members of his entourage with flower bouquets, the organisers were seen giving the same set of bouquets to other special guests without getting distressed about it.
