A senior party leader went to meet Congress President Sonia Gandhi to complain about the man who was heading the party in his state. After she had heard the litany of complaints, Gandhi held her head in her hands. “We have a region called Sicily. Have you heard of the Sicilian mafia?” she asked. “Madam, the Sicilian mafia could learn a thing or two from him,” replied the leader.
