Actor Rahul Bose had taken to Twitter a while back to vent his ire after a forgettable Air India flight from New York. More than a month later, the newly appointed Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha tweeted back asking Bose for his flight details and urged him to continue patronising the national carrier.
The twist in the tweet exchange came when another tweet from the official Air India handle pointed out to the minister that the airline had reached out to the actor the same day he posted his message.
