It is well known that politicians are always looking to switch parties for many reasons. But here is an interesting case of a key supporter endorsing different parties in the same elections. Vivek Oberoi, the Bollywood actor, recently came out in support of Bharatiya Janata Party's Narendra Modi for the prime minister's job. Nothing wrong with that - except that a few weeks before he was campaigning for Janata Dal (Secular) candidate Nandini Alva in Bangalore. Alva happens to be his mother-in-law.
