Prime Minister Narendra Modi held discussion with chief ministers this week to chart the course in India’s fight against Covid-19. He has done well to highlight the need to prepare for Unlock 2.0 even as India is seeing a significant increase in cases. It is by now obvious that imposing lockdown again is not an option because of livelihood concerns.
