What ban?

Despite the well-publicised ban on defence dealers/middlemen after the arrest of a former head of the Ordnance Factory Board, little appears to have changed. After the ex-head was arrested, the ministry announced a ban on various firms supplying it arms and ammunition. Yet, as late as April, it signed a big deal with one of the firms that figured in the list of blacklisted firms.
