What Budget?

Another example of how the Budget was greeted was the manner in which politicians reacted. When asked for his reaction, Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said he had been too busy working on his own state’s budget; Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said she had been holding a Cabinet meeting and so did not have the time to check on the Budget.
