 Revisit the last good meeting you attended. Was it one where everyone argued, decision-making was slow because several objections were raised, tempers ran high, and a conclusion was deferred to another day when more data could be presented?

 Or was it one which started and ended on time, everyone seemed to be supportive, decisions were made quickly, and the group left feeling close? If you choose the latter, and if most of the meetings you attend are like that one, chances are, your organisation is a train-wreck waiting to happen.
