NPR, the respected US public broadcasting network, made an uncharacteristic error in a headline, but in the context of India-Pakistan relations it amounted to an amusing faux pas. "After landslide victory Modi becomes Pakistan's prime minister" read the headline on its website on May 26 at 6.22 a m Eastern time. The headline was corrected the next day, but not before it attracted an inevitable flurry of comment on social media.
