The "mischievous" tweet Chouhan mentions was sent out from his Twitter handle @ChouhanShivraj on the day of the Cabinet reshuffle on Sunday, November 9. Chouhan later deleted the offending tweet, attributing it to the handiwork of hackers, was a congratulatory message to new Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu. It said: "@sureshpprabhu I like it you said hon'ble PM's dream not dream of Indians! He will definitely be pleased by your bhakti. U will go places."
