While Bihar reeled under a spate of criminal activities, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad's son, Tej Pratap Yadav, also the health minister of the state, was pictured enjoying himself with a bunch of friends at a water-themed amusement park in Patna.
As pictures of Yadav and his friends went viral, there was an outburst of indignation. A senior leader of the Janata Dal (United), which is part of the ruling Grand Alliance in the state, simply said: "Tej has the tendency to do the wrong thing at the wrong time."
