Magarpatta plans two more townships in Pune

Magarpatta Township Development Company is on a major expansion drive and is planning to build two more townships each of around 200 acres in Pune. It is also planning to construct a working women's hostel and a service apartment at the existing township.

On the occasion of celebrating the fifth foundation day of the township, Satish Magar, director, Magarpatta Township Development and Construction Company Ltd said, "We have received overwhelming response to our existing Magarpatta city project. IT and software companies have really helped us a lot. Looking at the booming corporate culture in the city, we are planning to set up two more townships here. We hope to start work within a year."
