AAP to respond to vision document in a week

A 31-page vision document was given to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday by its economic policy committee. A source said the party has been given a week's time to respond to the paper given at the national executive committee (NEC) held at the Constitution Club here.

The vision document includes the party's stand on economic and political issues. The party will give its feedback soon but a source said it had broadly agreed on most of the points raised in the document.

Party leader Prashant Bhushan told Business Standard the party could come up with its economic policy by the end of February. Apart from this, the party reworked on its strategy for the Lok Sabha elections. This will be discussed with the 600-member national council of the party on Friday. The state convenors gave their feedback to the party on the responses received from their regions.

Party leader Sanjay Singh, in a press briefing, had said that the party may contest at least 350 seats in the Lok Sabha seats till now.
